Your information will be kept confidential and we Do Not share data. Ordering:   You may place orders on-line or call our office 800-728-0128 to speak with a representative. Payment Options:    Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.  COD orders will not be available for on-line ordering. Return Checks:    Return checks will incur a $30.00 insufficient check charge. Shipping and Freight:    Shipping charges for all orders, excluding equipment orders, are as follows:  up to $100.00-$6.00 shipping charge, $100.01 to $200.00 - $12.00 shipping charge.  Orders over $200.00 shipping charges are FREE.  Most orders will arrive via UPS or Ground. See below for Equipment shipping charges. Freight on Equipment Orders:    Freight charges for equipment orders will have to be calculated separately and you will be notified as to those charges. Currently we are estimating equipment freight charges to run approximately 9% of the item (i.e. if the price is $100.00 the estimated freight would be $9.00). However, some manufactures are now charging sur-charges for fuel and raw materials that we can not estimate. You may be notified and charged separately for freight on equipment. Return Policy:    Due to multiple manufacturers for our many lines, please call our office regarding your specific inquiry.
