How long does it take for my order to ship?
Most orders will ship out the same day via UPS if it is received by 3:00pm CT and the item is in stock.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat rate of $10.00 per order in the continental US. Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico are a flat rate of $30.00.
Can anyone purchase products from your web site?
No, our site is for licensed professionals only. If you are not a licensed professional then just give us a call at 1-800-728-0128 and we will be happy to find a salon in your area that carries what you are looking for. Selling professional items to unlicensed persons is diversion and is not allowed on our site. By purchasing products from our site you are stating that you are a licensed professional.
Some of the items on your site don't have a Buy button or a price. How do I purchase one of these items?
Some items we can only sell in certain territories (specifically Aloxxi Colour, Phyto Organics, Chromalife and VitaTress). Other items, like used equipment, vary in price and stock. Just call us at 1-800-728-0128 and we will be happy to quote you a price, or refer you to a distributor in your area when you can purchase territorial items.
Do you have a store?
Yes! We have 2 locations. One in Independence, MO and one in Oklahoma City, OK. All equipment sales go through the Independence store location. If you would like to come see what equipment we have in stock just send us a message or give us a call to set up an appointment. If you would like to purchase product for your salon then you can walk in anytime Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30am and 4:30 pm. The addresses for our locations are:
